Set for Friday March 4

WHAT:
Cal Poly President Warren J. Baker will host a press conference
at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 4, in the Advanced Technology Laboratory
building on campus.
WHY: To announce the grand total for the University’s successful Centennial Campaign fund-raising effort, as well as offer specific examples of how the Campaign has benefited Cal Poly.
Donors who contributed to the campaign, students who have received scholarships, and faculty who hold privately funded chairs or professorships will be available for interviews and questions after a short presentation on Campaign giving.
The press conference is scheduled from 1:30 to 2 p.m. and will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. Press kits with full figures, b-roll, charts and graphics will be available at the event.
