Cal Poly Plant Shop Gears Up for Valentine’s Day
SAN LUIS OBISPO – Support love in general and Cal Poly ornamental
horticulture students in particular by shopping at The Cal Poly
Plant
Shop for Valentine's Day.
The Cal Poly Plant shop offers a full range of chocolates and floral
holiday supplies: roses, flower arrangements, orchids, begonias,
cyclamens, herb bowls, nursery plants, succulents, house plants
and
more. Prices range from $3.50 for a single wrapped rose to $19.95
for
chocolates and floral bouquets.
Place orders by Wednesday, February 9, and receive a 10 percent
discount. Free delivery is offered on-campus.
The shop is open to the campus and the general public Mondays through
Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Metered parking is available directly
in
front of the plant shop, which is located at the Horticulture Unit,
at
the top of Via Carta Road (across from Horse Unit). Take Highland
Drive
to Via Carta and turn left on Via Carta to get there.
On Valentine's Day, the Cal Poly Plant Shop will also open several
locations on campus, including the University Union Plaza and Campus
Market.
