PRESIDENTS, SUPERINTENDENTS TO HOLD JANUARY 22 PRESS CONFERENCE

Who: Cal Poly President Warren Baker; Cuesta College President Marie Rosenwasser, Allan Hancock College President Ann Foxworthy; San Luis Obispo County Schools Superintendent Julian Crocker.
What: Joint Press Conference to discuss Proposition 55 impact on Cal Poly, Cuesta College, Hancock College, and local K-12 schools.
Where: Cuesta College, Highway One, San Luis Obispo
When: 10 a.m., Student Conference Center, Cuesta College.
Presidents Rosenwasser, Foxworthy, Baker, and Superintendent Crocker will all make brief remarks about what Proposition 55 funding would come to local school campuses if the education bond is approved by voters March 2. They will then take questions from the media and remain for one-on-one interviews with each media representative as desired.
Complete lists of projects and equipment funded at each campus if voters approve Proposition 55 will be available at the press conference and handed out to all media. Architectural drawings of new buildings and photo examples of areas to be replaced and repaired at various campuses if voters approve Proposition 55 will also be available at the press conference.
Representatives from Cuesta College and Cal Poly will be available after the press conference to take media and camera crews to campus locations slated for remodeling, repair and new building if Proposition 55 is approved.
