RE: IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING FINAL EXAMS
Even though discussions are continuing, unresolved labor negotiations
between
the California State University and a union representing CSU teaching
associates, graduate assistants and instructional student assistants
could
result in a job action which might occur Thursday, December 9, 2004.
Should that occur:
- The Cal Poly campus will remain open.
- Students will be expected to take final exams.
- Faculty & Staff are expected to continue to come to work
and perform
their job duties.
There may be picket lines at the entrances to the campus and/or
outside campus
buildings but the entrances to campus and to buildings will remain
open.
Your understanding, cooperation, and patience are greatly appreciated.
ALL FINALS WILL BE HELD AS SCHEDULED.
